Latest Heat Pump Technology Trends
Want to know about the latest heat pump technology? Keep on reading this article to learn the best heat pump technology trends. Have a look at the following pump technology trends:-
Hybrid HP-Gas Boilers
There are so many different kinds of products which are specifically targeted for the retrofit replacement sector. The various products launched at ISH maximized the variety of hybrids which is apt for retrofit.
Junkers (Bosch), Valliant, Baxi are some of the different hybrids, along with some new products from Daikin and Viessmann. When it comes to the Daikin system, it mainly has a wall-hung indoor unit which is a little deeper in comparison to the combi boiler. The good thing is that it doesn’t require water tank- which makes it an excellent gas boiler replacement product in the existing market.
Gas Heat Pumps
The fact is, it’s in its very early stage. But, there are a huge range of products which are quickly emerging for build and retrofit. Unfortunately, there are not too many products in the market. Thanks to ISH 2013! It has definitely brought a revolution in the product market.
Viessmann, Valliant, Robur are some of the key manufacturers which mainly show GHP at ISH. It was Viessmann which launched gas adsorption Vitosorp 200-F, and it also came up with a gas absorption heat pump prototype. It’s an appropriate, “retrofit-able” product.
Inverter-Driver Compressors
If facts are to be believed, inverter-driven compressors were mainly developed by the Asian companies. It was the big European companies who decided to invest in the technology as OEM products. It was Viessmann which launched the first heat pump. It was a very different and individually designed inverter.
End User Controls And Mobile Applications
From excellent online tools to great software and mobile applications, these were the main highlights of the ISH 2013. These were specifically designed for the users so that they can easily control the modern heating systems. Heating companies are now looking for some other space, so that they get to do some good business, or build partnership with the other companies.
Smart Heat Pumps
As the term suggests, it’s really smart and so have become one of the most popular products. One of the most significant activities was the “Smart Grid Ready” label which was seen on all the German heat pumps. It’s still not considered as a clear standard (there is no as such standard requirement for communication protocols)
According to a recent report, it has been found that both the major manufacturers in the heat market are enjoying competitive advantage because of the implementation of the different applications. European boiler companies got the opportunity to utilize the gas boiler technologies, which have also let them develop two different systems i.e. hybrid and bivalent systems.
When it comes to the Asian companies, they mainly used the inverter technology and developed inverter-driven compressors. For more updates on latest heat pump technology, you can check the latest new articles where you can get all the necessary information in this sector.
